MLD Software Limited (the group behind the MyLegalDiary application) are delighted to present their latest application, MyHearings.

Our team of legal and technical experts have combined to create an automated alert system which examines all Provincial Circuit Court lists issued each day, identifies the firms involved and sends alerts to users notifying them of the venue, type of list and hearing date.

Additionally, each user firm has a cloud-based diary allowing it to identify at a glance all the firm's up-coming Provincial Circuit Court cases. This unique diary is printable and allows instant access to each relevant list which also has built-in user-friendly print functionality.

Each evening our programme interrogates courts.ie and recovers every new Provincial Circuit Court list. Cases are then allocated to each firm's unique page and arranged in chronological order allowing the firm to see at a glance its forthcoming Circuit Court Diary commitments.

Our © machine-learning code allows for variations in the spelling of a firm's name. It also accounts for new and old firm names, misspellings and is capable of identifying the firms where individual solicitors are marked as the representative.

Each morning users receive an email advising which lists the firm was located in or that the firm was not identified in any of the previous days published lists.

Manual searching of the Provincial Circuit Court lists is not reliable due to the non-uniform manner of representatives being allocated to cases (whether by way of spelling errors or otherwise).

It is also very time-consuming to comprehensively search the lists each day.

No longer will the firm every be taken short by late awareness of a Circuit Court Listing or, worse still, missing a list altogether.

Being alerted of new lists immediately on publication gives the firm more preparation time for their upcoming hearings.

This app provides firms with a risk-avoidance and time-saving solution.
